Timothy J. McCutcheon
President

Tim is responsible for the overall direction of the corporation and development of exploration projects. With more than 31 years of experience in
minerals and petroleum exploration in the United States and internationally Tim has developed expertise in resource assessment, regional exploration,
prospect generation, field development, and project management. He earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in geology from the Universities of Minnesota
and Texas respectively.
Tim began his career exploring for base and precious metals in Alaska followed by research on uranium and transition metal occurrence in Mexico and West
Texas. For twelve years he worked as an exploration geologist for Marathon Oil Company with project assignments in the United States and
internationally contributing to several important discoveries. During his tenure with Marathon he advanced to Senior Geologist working throughout the
Rocky Mountain region, basin and range, north and east Africa, and southeastern Asia. Following Marathon he joined Barlow and Haun Geologists, Inc. a
Casper based consultancy, where he worked on numerous natural gas projects in southwestern Wyoming. In 1995 he opened his own consultancy which
provided geological services to a wide range of clients in the western United States and internationally for ten years. In 2005 he transitioned to
Western Interior Oil & Gas Corporation as one of its founders.

Leo is responsible for all aspects of reservoir-production management and evaluation of producing property acquisitions. He brings 32 years of
experience in the development and management of oil and gas assets in the United States and internationally. He has a strong background in reservoir
engineering, the integration and use of technologies to improve financial performance of oil & gas properties, and in project management. Leo
earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Leo began his career with Texaco, first as a production engineer and then as a reservoir engineer, advancing to District Reservoir Engineer in Wyoming.
During his tenure with Texaco he was responsible for designing and implementing numerous water-flood projects in southern Louisiana, worked on the team
for Texaco's first field-wide carbon dioxide flood, and oversight of reservoir and production operations in Wyoming and North Dakota. Following Texaco,
Leo served as Production/EOR Manager responsible for technical direction and production for Naval Petroleum Reserve No.3 and early development of tight
gas reserves in Naval Oil Shale Reserve No.3. Leo moved to the Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center where he managed implementation of field tests
for leading-edge technologies for major service companies. In 1998 he started his own engineering consulting business where he provided specialty
services to clients in the Rocky Mountain region, Kazakhstan and Australia.

Ed is in charge of production and field operations for the company. He is an industry veteran bring over 43 years of invaluable experience in all
phases of oil and gas drilling and production operations. He earned his Professional Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines
and began his career with the Kerr-McGee Corporation working as a petroleum engineer in west Texas, Louisiana, and offshore Gulf of Mexico. He then
moved to Pacific Enterprises Oil Company (USA) as District Engineer for the Rocky Mountain Region advancing to District Operations Manager and finally
to Drilling Superintendent. In 1991 Ed accepted a position as Production Superintendent for the Naval Petroleum Reserve No.3 responsible for
supervision of field personal, design and implementation of drilling, completion, and production operations to maximize oil production and ensure the
safety, security and training of personal. Prior to joining Western Ed was a Senior Petroleum Engineer for Extreme Petroleum Technology, Inc., a Casper
based consulting firm owned and operated by Leo Giangiacomo.
